Good Morning All! What a great morning it’s been already, even though the sun has been missing for a few days. This year we will be helping one person stay a little cozier following the Thanksgiving Holiday. In the photo above you’ll see me holding the Chinchilla. This happens to be a much sought after holiday gift at our local retailer Sleep Number! The Chinchilla sold out at another location, so I was lucky to get my hands on one. This is my first seasonal holiday giveaway- enter to win!

My goal this season is to bring the gift of better health and wellness to my community. This could be by telling someone about chiropractic while you’re waiting in line at Cub Foods, convincing your friend at church to give South Metro Wellness a try, or bringing one of your kids in for a wellness check up. The winter can be hard on us physically. Having chiropractic treatment makes a difference. Not to mention it’s affordable and accessible!
