It’s official!

After putting it off for far too long, Bill (my wonderful landlord) and I have made repairing the widening crack in the clinic wall a priority this week.

Happy Spring, everybody! 🌷

Standing there looking at that crack, I couldn’t help but smile. It reminded me of something important:

It does not matter how cracked, broken, unsightly, or aging something is. With attention, effort, and care — almost anything can be restored.

And that includes people.

A Little Reflection for Our Patients (and Future Patients)

We are living in times when it is easier than ever to:

  • Push through the pain
  • Pretend a problem will go away
  • “Make do” with discomfort
  • Wait for a quick or cheap fix
  • Ignore the crack and hope it doesn’t widen

But real care doesn’t work that way.

Love and care take effort.
Attention takes energy.
Healing takes intention.

Work is work — and it matters.

You Are Valued Here

At South Metro Wellness Clinic, you still have a place to go where someone truly cares.

There is a chiropractic home here waiting for you.

It doesn’t matter:

  • How long it’s been since your last visit
  • Whether your pain is new or ongoing
  • If you’re treating neck pain, back pain, knee pain
  • Or recovering after a car accident

You have a place here.

In a world where attention, transparency, and genuine values sometimes feel like they are disappearing — those things still exist inside this clinic.

And they exist for you.

A Practice Built on Care and Integrity

This is a private business. It only thrives when you are in it.

Your wellness is the priority.
Your care is affordable.
Your insurance is billed conservatively and transparently.
Your questions are welcomed.
Your progress is celebrated.

Just like the repaired crack in the wall, your wellness journey — even when imperfect — is something to honor.

Healing is not about perfection.
It is about progress.

If you’ve been waiting…
If you’ve been “just getting by”…
If you’ve been meaning to call…

Now is the time.

We cannot wait to hear from you and serve you.

With gratitude,

Dr. Rankin
